What you need to know before the class
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
Don’t be late. It is not allowed to enter the class in it has already started.
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
You will need a towel.
Enjoy your class in the friendly atmosphere.
Other Classes
PERSONAL
Mix of weighted and bodyweight training. You'll do crunches, sit-ups, planks, mountain climbers combined with weights.
GROUP FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (~10 pers.)
The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps and to improve function in daily activities.
